Site re-build, re-brand & re-platforming
From research to delivery in 10 weeks! The new discovery experience for Beagle Street included: a move to a new responsive experience, new branding & UI, enhanced taxonomy, rationalised & enhanced content for SEO and research purposes, new search & help functionality & much much more!
In parallel to this, a new UI was also placed across the quotation & account experience ensuring UI consistency.
Global Experience & UI Re-Design
A new set of experiences and UI for the 24 countries of Vodafone on the ATG platform.
With a common shopping project in flight, we set about researching, defining, testing and finalising a completely new UI that was to be used across the entire Vodafone real estate.
Inclusive of phone & plan discovery, eCommerce checkout and help centre, this project was of mammoth proportions!
Apple Watch App Concept
With the emergence of the Apple watch, and the health & lifestyle connection that it has, we set about defining a concept to bring the Life Insurance, Wellbeing and Tech worlds closer together.
The concept focusses on the use of Apple ID, Health Kit and App's to create a rewarding, integrated insurance experience.
Insurance Quote Process Re-Invention
With quotation experiences typically being long form's, with poor error handling, and giving a sense of endlessness, we set about trying to create something more interactive and engaging, yet simple.
Offering help in video format where appropriate as well as a simple way to edit your information at quote stage, which works so effectively on mobile devices we were able to improve conversion rates by over 50%!
Integrated Brand Launch
The re-launch of Beagle Street was a big crossroads for the organisation, and needed to be delivered in a way that maximised awareness as well as reputation.
Creating a fully integrated campaign using Jeremy (the talking dog), and using him and his owner John in all our digital and above the line media, alongside a consistent ToV, Brand ID and focus on retargeted media allowed us to create big inroads into our awareness targets.
Social Media PR Campaign
One of the big challenges in the Life Insurance industry is the concern from consumers around the lack claims satisfaction. There is approx £2bn of unclaimed monies in the UK right now, so we decided to give some of this money back. Check out the video for more info...
Needs Based Selling
Choosing a phone for a lot of people is difficult, and we needed to make this easier.
By finding out what was important to people we were able to offer a personal shopper type of experience that ensured we gave people what they wanted. This reduced returns, calls, complaints, and improved conversion performance.
We rolled out the same solution in store, so that sales people could also use this creating a consistency in our experience that was lacking.
